Our Story

Gamachi Goods and the GAMACHI® brand name were established by Irwing Gama in 2019.

Initially, Irwing set up his small shop in his apartment on the northwest side of Chicago with a few hand tools and eagerness to learn. Irwing spent the next three years studying and refining the various techniques of fine leather craft, in order to create the brand's first collection of small leather goods and apparel.

The Gamachi Goods team works closely to create exquisite small batch production collections, crafting each piece with a combination of traditional hand tools and modern machinery.
